Package Advance & Payment Terms
Booking Advance: 25% of the total package amount is required at the time of booking confirmation.
Pickup Time Payment: 50% of the total package amount must be paid at the time of pickup.
Checkout Time Payment: The remaining 25% is to be settled at the time of trip completion (checkout).
Cancellation & Refund Policy (Package Tours)
A 10% cancellation charge will be applied for all package cancellations.
Cancellations made 10 days before the travel date will not attract cancellation charges.
Cancellations made within 10 days of the travel date will incur a mandatory 10% cancellation fee.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 10 working days.
Vehicle Booking Advance Policy
For vehicle-only bookings, an advance payment of ₹2,000 to ₹5,000 is required, depending on the vehicle type.
The vehicle advance amount is non-refundable under normal circumstances.
Special Cancellation Due to Health Issues
In case of genuine medical emergencies, a full refund will be provided only upon submission of valid medical proof.
If the trip is cancelled after alternative arrangements or plans have already been made, no refund will be applicable, even in medical cases.

Refund decisions are subject to verification and management approval.
